The Board of Directors elected Helen J. Sheirbon as President, Solutions Group and an executive officer, effective November 3, 2026. Sheirbon joins from HP Inc., where she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Global HP Solutions since July 2025. Her compensation includes a $625,000 annual base salary, a target annual incentive of 60% of base, and long-term incentives valued at 200% of base. One-time awards include $3.5 million in equity grants (restricted stock units and performance units) and $1.05 million in cash bonuses ($250,000 signing bonus plus $800,000 for forfeited prior employer incentives).
