American Water Works Company, Inc. has completed the acquisition of regulated water and wastewater system assets from Nexus Regulated Utilities, LLC for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $315 million. The transaction adds an estimated $200 million in aggregate rate base and approximately 47,000 customer connections to the company's regulated businesses.
