Additionally, at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders, the company approved an amendment to its 2023 Equity and Incentive Plan to increase the number of authorized common shares for issuance by 1,000,000 shares. Shareholders also re-elected Ajay K. Amlani and Peter R.
