AXIS Capital Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Pradip Patiath to its Board of Directors, effective June 15, 2026. Mr. Patiath will serve on the Risk and Human Capital and Compensation Committees. He is currently a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and was elected to the board of Verisk Analytics in May 2026. With this addition, the AXIS Board consists of twelve members, eleven of whom are independent. AXIS Capital is a global specialty underwriter and provider of insurance and reinsurance solutions.
