Aircastle Limited reported second quarter fiscal 2026 results ending August 31, 2026. The company posted total revenues of $283 million and net income of $69 million, driven by $38 million in gains on the sale of flight equipment. Adjusted EBITDA reached $247 million. Aircastle acquired five aircraft for $269 million and sold eleven assets for proceeds of $243 million. The company also redeemed all 400 outstanding Series A Preference Shares, reducing total shareholders' equity to $2.28 billion from $2.67 billion at the start of the fiscal year. Total liquidity stood at $2.8 billion as of October 1, 2026. Aircastle Limited acquires, leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to airlines throughout the world.
