AZZ Inc. appointed Rhonda Davenport as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective August 3, 2026. Ms. Davenport brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience from roles at Cain Watters & Associates, Unisys Corporation, and others. Her compensation package includes a $375,000 annual base salary, a one-time $75,000 sign-on bonus subject to repayment if she leaves within one year, and pro-rated target awards for fiscal 2027 consisting of $153,125 in cash incentive opportunities and equity grants valued at the same amount. She is eligible for severance benefits under the Executive Officer Severance Plan and continued vesting under the Executive Retiree LTI Plan upon qualified retirement.
