Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. reported third-quarter results showing fee-related earnings of $864 million, a 15% increase year-over-year, driven by strong capital inflows and deployment across its alternative asset management platforms. Distributable earnings rose 15% to $763 million, while net income reached $2.999 billion, including a $2.0 billion non-cash gain from the consolidation of Oaktree. The company raised $25 billion in new capital during the quarter and $123 billion year-to-date, bringing fee-bearing capital to $682 billion. Additionally, the board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.5025 per share, payable on December 31, 2026, to shareholders of record as of November 30, 2026.
