Bandwidth Inc. announced that General Counsel and Secretary R. Brandon Asbill will retire on December 31, 2026. Effective September 1, 2026, Emily C. Harlan was appointed as the new General Counsel and Secretary, succeeding Asbill who transitioned to an advisory role as General Counsel Emeritus and Assistant Secretary through his retirement. Harlan’s employment agreement includes a $360,000 annual base salary, a target cash incentive equal to 50% of her salary, and restricted stock units valued at $1,000,000. Asbill will receive accelerated vesting of unvested RSUs equivalent to his 2026 target bonus in lieu of the cash award.
