BBVA Argentina splits AI and Engineering into separate first-line divisions

Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. announced that its current AI Transformation & Engineering Division will be reorganized into two distinct first-line divisions reporting to the Executive Chairman: the AI Transformation Division and the Engineering Division. Leandro Alvarez, previously leading the combined unit, will assume leadership of the new AI Transformation Division, while Alejandro Baccino will lead the Engineering Division. The restructuring aims to drive Artificial Intelligence-based transformation and enhance the deployment and adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
