Year-to-date, the combined entities have removed over $50 million in SG&A expenses, with an additional $30 million in savings opportunities identified through contract consolidation and technology integration. Neighborhood Intelligence operates a portfolio of retail brands including Bed Bath & Beyond and Overstock, focusing on omni-channel retail, home services, and homeownership solutions.
