Central Bank of Brazil approves Bradesco's capital increase; shares issued October 13

The Central Bank of Brazil has approved Banco Bradesco S.A.'s capital increase by means of subscription of new shares. The newly subscribed shares will be issued and credited to subscribers on October 13, 2026. Consequently, the company adjusted the per-share amounts for interest on shareholders' equity to R$0.323858718 for common shares and R$0.356244590 for preferred shares, reflecting net amounts of R$0.267183442 and R$0.293901787 after withholding tax. The aggregate interim interest remains unchanged, with payment expected by April 30, 2027.
