On September 8, 2026, BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics announced new clinical data for its KRAS G12C inhibitor BBO-8520 and strategic portfolio updates. In the ONKORAS-101 Phase 1 study, BBO-8520 combined with pembrolizumab demonstrated a 75% objective response rate (ORR) at 500 mg QD in second-line or later KRAS G12C inhibitor-experienced non-small cell lung cancer patients. Monotherapy data showed a 63% ORR and 100% disease control rate in G12C inhibitor-naïve patients. The company deprioritized BBO-8520 for first-line NSCLC and BBO-10203 for breast cancer, focusing capital on the combination therapy in experienced NSCLC and combinations of BBO-11818 and BBO-10203 in KRAS-mutant colorectal and pancreatic cancers. As of June 30, 2026, the company held $344.1 million in cash, projecting a runway into 2028. BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing targeted small molecule therapies for RAS-pathway malignancies.
