BBVA has reported the execution of its Third Tranche of a share buyback program between June 1 and June 5, 2026, during which it purchased 7,820,054 shares. The total cash amount spent on shares purchased to date under the amount of the Third Tranche amounts to approximately 602,382,985.25 Euros, representing approximately 41.26% of the maximum cash amount allocated to the Third Tranche.
