Barclays redeems $1.75B of 2027 senior notes at par on November 24

Barclays PLC has elected to redeem its entire outstanding balance of $1,750,000,000 in 2.279% Fixed Rate Resetting Senior Callable Notes due 2027. The redemption will occur on November 24, 2026, at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount plus accrued interest from May 24, 2026. Consequently, the listing for these notes on the New York Stock Exchange will be cancelled shortly after the payment date. Barclays PLC is a global banking and financial services company.
