Balchem Corporation reported third-quarter 2026 financial results with net sales reaching a record $290.7 million, an 8.6% increase from the prior year period. GAAP net earnings rose 16.0% to $46.7 million, or $1.46 per diluted share, compared to $1.24 in the previous quarter. Adjusted EBITDA increased 12.4% to $80.3 million, and adjusted EPS was $1.57. The company generated $69.8 million in operating cash flow and $57.9 million in free cash flow. Balchem repurchased approximately $28 million of common stock during the quarter.
