On July 14 and 15, 2026, Big Digital Energy, Inc. entered into a 50/50 joint venture with 10NetZero, Inc. to establish Texas Load House, LLC for the acquisition and development of a site in Hood County, Texas. The joint venture acquired 30 acres of the site for approximately $10 million in cash, with an option to purchase the remainder for $600,000. The site currently has 17 MW of operational power, expandable to 111 MW of grid power and up to 300 MW via behind-the-meter generation. Additionally, the company provided a $4.9 million loan to 10NetZero to fund its capital contribution, maturing October 13, 2026; failure to repay will result in a gradual transfer of 10NetZero's ownership to the company. Big Digital Energy is a technology company that designs, builds, and operates digital infrastructure platforms for AI, HPC, and digital assets.
