BioNexus signs exclusive Malaysian healthcare AI licence with RYET, paying in shares

BioNexus Gene Lab Corp entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc. to secure an exclusive ten-year licence for the CogniAI document-intelligence platform within Malaysia's healthcare sector. At closing, BioNexus will issue 410,000 common shares valued at US$3.5 million and another 150,000 shares in exchange for 500,000 RYET ordinary shares. The deal includes a 10% royalty on collected technology receipts and allows BioNexus to expand into other Malaysian industries. Closing is pending regulatory approvals and technology acceptance by March 31, 2027. BioNexus Gene Lab Corp operates in biotechnology, precision diagnostics, and specialty materials.
