The partnership leverages PT Parva Candela's manufacturing facility and distribution network through its affiliated DELTASPA Group spa chain. Instinct Bio will provide proprietary formulations under the GENRÊVER and HAKUA brands, retaining intellectual property ownership while granting limited licenses. Revenue streams include a 50% profit share, ingredient supply fees, formulation royalties, and brand licensing. This initiative follows previous strategic announcements regarding an integrated clinic and a collaboration with Invitrx Therapeutics. Instinct Bio operates in the regenerative medicine, cosmetics, wellness, and consumer brands industry.
