Bluejay Diagnostics, Inc. entered into a Distribution, Co-Marketing & Strategic Partnership Agreement with Lovell Government Services, Inc., an SDVOSB specializing in federal healthcare distribution. The agreement grants Lovell exclusive rights to distribute Bluejay’s medical diagnostic products for federal procurement opportunities requiring or favoring SDVOSB set-aside status, including those within the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and Indian Health Service. Lovell holds non-exclusive rights for open-market government procurements. Under the terms, Lovell receives an approximate 15% distribution fee on gross sales through federal catalogs, with a 2% fee allocated for DAPA prime vendor sales. Bluejay paid a one-time establishment fee of $5,500. The partnership has an initial two-year term and is contingent upon FDA clearance or other regulatory authorization for the products. Bluejay Diagnostics operates in the medical diagnostics industry, developing near-patient testing systems for sepsis triage.
