Bluerock Private Real Estate Fund entered into an Administrative Services Agreement with its adviser, Bluerock Fund Advisor, LLC, on July 1, 2026. The agreement establishes an annual Administrative and Accounting Services Fee of 0.20% of the Fund’s average managed assets, paid monthly. To mitigate costs associated with rotating assets from institutional funds to direct real estate, the adviser will voluntarily waive approximately 53% of the fee related to assets held in institutional investment funds. Additionally, the Fund reported progress in its direct real estate rotation, having closed approximately $250 million in investments with another $450 million under contract or in the pipeline as of July 1, 2026.
