The Board of Directors appointed Donald J. Currie as a Class I director effective October 7, 2026, filling the vacancy left by Katharyn Field's resignation on August 31, 2026. Mr. Currie will serve until the 2027 annual meeting and is designated as an independent director under Nasdaq rules. He joins the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
