On August 4, 2026, Bending Spoons S.p.A. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Formagrid Inc., doing business as Airtable, in an all-cash transaction valued at an enterprise value of $1.285 billion and an implied equity value of approximately $2.25 billion. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, with closing expected later this year and a termination deadline of February 4, 2027. Airtable reported annual recurring revenue growing over 20% year-over-year to approximately $480 million as of June 2026.
