On September 4, 2026, Bending Spoons S.p.A. completed its previously announced acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of Formagrid Inc (d/b/a Airtable) in an all-cash transaction. This marks the company's first acquisition since its Nasdaq listing on July 1, 2026. The deal adds Airtable, a platform used by over 500,000 organizations for data organization and workflow management, to Bending Spoons' portfolio of digital businesses.
