Bank7 completes merger with Century Financial Services for $210.41 cash and 3.7052 shares per share

Bank7 Corp. consummated its previously announced merger with Century Financial Services Corporation on November 1, 2026, with Bank7 continuing as the surviving entity. Each outstanding share of Century common stock was converted into approximately $210.41 in cash and 3.7052 shares of Bank7 common stock, or $426.53 in cash for non-accredited investors. Anne Kain has been named president of Century Bank. Bank7 Corp. is a bank holding company operating branches in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, and New Mexico.
