Biotricity director Jainal Bhuiyan resigns from board and compensation committee

Biotricity Inc. announced that Jainal Bhuiyan resigned from its Board of Directors and Compensation Committee, effective September 22, 2026. The resignation was not due to disagreements regarding operations or policies. Mr. Bhuiyan served as a director since August 15, 2024. Following his departure, the Board consists of three directors: Waqaas Al-Siddiq, David A. Rosa, and Ronald McClurg. The Board appointed Ronald McClurg to the Compensation Committee to fill the vacancy. It remains undetermined whether the Board will appoint a replacement or reduce its size.
