The acquisition is located near the company's existing 563 MW Rockdale facility and provides fee simple ownership to support long-term AI/HPC infrastructure development. This purchase expands Bitdeer's controlled portfolio in the region to approximately 255 acres with 742 MW of existing and pipeline power capacity, contributing to a global total of roughly 3.0 GW across facilities in the US, Norway, Bhutan, Canada, Malaysia, and Ethiopia.
