Blackstone reports Q3 net income of $662M and declares $1.12 quarterly dividend

Fee-related earnings were $1.6 billion ($1.26 per share), while distributable earnings reached $1.7 billion ($1.32 per share). The firm announced a quarterly cash dividend of $1.12 per common share, payable on November 9, 2026, to holders of record as of November 2, 2026. Total assets under management grew 10% year-over-year to $1,368.3 billion, with inflows of $63.3 billion in the quarter. Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager.
