Beazer Homes USA, Inc., its subsidiary guarantors, and Regions Bank entered into supplemental indentures on September 18, 2026, to the agreements governing its outstanding senior notes. These amendments were executed following a consent solicitation by Dream Finders Homes, Inc., which sought approval to modify the definition of "Change of Control" so that Beazer's merger with Dream Finders would not trigger such an event.
