Callaway Golf raises full-year net sales outlook to $2.078B and Adjusted EBITDA to $280M on Q3 margin gains
CALYCallaway Golf Co
Callaway Golf reported third-quarter 2026 results with net sales of $436.9 million, slightly below the prior year's $462.6 million but exceeding internal expectations due to strong performance from Mini Spinner fairway woods and TRTL putters in Asia. GAAP net income from continuing operations rose to $48.1 million from a loss of $4.1 million, driven by a 520 basis point year-over-year increase in non-GAAP gross margin to 45.0% and improved operating leverage. The company raised its full-year 2026 net sales guidance to $2.065 billion–$2.078 billion and Adjusted EBITDA outlook to $272 million–$280 million, citing continued progress on profitability initiatives despite expected fourth-quarter revenue declines. Year-to-date operating cash flow increased 45% to $228 million, and the company repurchased $135 million of common shares through September.
