Casey's General Stores, Inc. expanded its Board of Directors from eleven to twelve members and appointed Stanley J. Sutula III to the Board and the Audit Committee, effective June 4, 2026. Additionally, director Cara Heiden notified the Company that she will retire from the Board at the end of her current term following the Annual Meeting on September 2, 2026.
