Cboe shareholders approve board elections and KPMG as auditor; reject written consent proposal

Cboe Global Markets, Inc. announced the results of its 2026 Annual Meeting, where shareholders approved the election of the Board of Directors, executive compensation, and the appointment of KPMG LLP as independent auditor. A stockholder proposal regarding the right to act by written consent was rejected, receiving 48,652,350 votes against and 36,330,673 votes in favor.
