C4 Therapeutics furnished a press release presenting new biomarker data from its Phase 1 trial of cemsidomide with dexamethasone and preliminary data from the Phase 1b trial of cemsidomide with elranatamab in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. In the Phase 1 trial, cemsidomide demonstrated coordinated T-cell activation and functional reprogramming of NK cells at doses of 75 µg and 100 µg. The Phase 1b trial advanced into a dose escalation cohort at 100 µg and an expansion cohort at 75 µg after the safety data review committee declared the 75 µg level safe; data from all cohorts are expected in mid-2027.
