Coca-Cola Europacific Partners purchased a total of 187,946 ordinary shares between October 12 and October 16, 2026. The transactions included 138,046 shares on US trading venues and 49,900 shares on the London Stock Exchange, all acquired from Goldman Sachs affiliates. These purchases are part of a broader programme announced in February 2026 to repurchase up to EUR 1 billion of ordinary shares, with the acquired shares set for cancellation.
