Crown Castle announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Sunit Patel will retire effective March 31, 2027, following the filing of the Company’s 2026 Form 10-K. Kristoffer Hinson, currently Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, will succeed him as CFO effective April 1, 2027. Additionally, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Cathy Piche will step down from her role effective September 23, 2026, serving as a special advisor until her departure on February 22, 2027. The Company has initiated a search for a successor COO. Crown Castle owns, operates, and leases approximately 40,000 cell towers across the U.S., providing wireless infrastructure services.
