The Board of Crown Holdings elected Wayne T. Smith as a director effective October 21, 2026. He was also appointed to the Audit Committee. Mr. Smith is the former Chairman and CEO of BASF Corporation and currently serves as Chairman of Air Products and Chemicals and a director of ONEOK. The Board now has eleven members. Crown Holdings manufactures rigid packaging products for consumer marketing companies.
