Cadeler A/S completed the strategic acquisition of Menck, a leading provider of specialist equipment and technology for offshore foundation installation, from Acteon. The transaction carries an agreed enterprise valuation of EUR 501 million and was financed using available liquidity alongside a EUR 380 million acquisition facility provided by DNB Bank ASA and Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. Cadeler intends to operate Menck as a standalone business while integrating its capabilities into its own fleet of jack-up wind installation vessels. The deal is expected to be accretive to EBITDA multiples on a fully delivered hydraulic hammer-on-order basis, though it will impact 2026 consolidated revenue and EBITDA guidance pending further review.
