Cadeler A/S signed firm contracts with COSCO Shipping Offshore shipyard in Qidong, China, for the construction of two new T-class offshore wind installation vessels. The aggregate contract price is approximately EUR 805 million. Delivery is scheduled for 2030 and 2031. This investment supports Cadeler's strategy to become a preferred offshore wind installation partner with larger, more capable vessels incorporating breakthrough technologies. The company has already secured equity financing for this investment earlier in the year. Cadeler A/S is a pure-play offshore wind installation partner that owns and operates one of the industry’s largest fleets of jack-up offshore wind installation vessels.
