Constellation Energy Corporation announced that Robert Lawless retired from its Board of Directors effective August 4, 2026, concluding over two decades of service including roles at legacy Constellation, Exelon, and as chairman post-separation. The Board elected President and CEO Joe Dominguez to serve as Chairman of the Board on the same date. Consequently, Charles Harrington assumed the role of Lead Independent Director with an additional $50,000 annual cash retainer. Additionally, Roger Crandall, CEO of MassMutual, was appointed as an independent director effective August 5, 2026, to serve until the 2027 annual meeting.
