Celularity Inc. entered into an exclusive collaboration with Vesalius Longevity Labs to provide purification, processing, and final-stage manufacturing of peptide active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) under the Peptual brand at its New Jersey facility. The agreement leverages Celularity's cGMP infrastructure to establish a domestic supply platform for bulk peptide material, aiming to enhance traceability and resilience amid regulatory scrutiny of imported ingredients. The partnership excludes GLP-1 receptor agonists and weight-loss peptides. This strategic move expands Celularity's contract development and manufacturing services beyond its core cell therapies into the peptide API space.
