Capstone Energy+ appoints Brandon Schwertner to Board as Ping Fu resigns

Capstone Energy+ appointed Brandon Schwertner, a former CEO of Priority Power Management and co-founder of MP2 Energy, to its Board of Directors effective October 26, 2026. Schwertner was designated by Monarch Alternative Capital LP under the terms of a strategic investment announced in March 2026. In connection with this appointment, Ping Fu resigned from the Board, also effective October 26, 2026. The resignation did not result from any disagreement regarding the company's operations or policies. Schwertner will serve as a Class I director and member of the Compensation Committee, receiving an annual restricted stock unit award valued at approximately $24,739. Capstone Energy+ designs, develops, and delivers on-site gas turbine energy solutions for industrial, commercial, and mission-critical applications such as data centers.
