Certara, Inc. announced the departure of Leif E. Pedersen from his role as President and Chief Commercial Officer, effective August 1, 2026. The company intends to retain Mr. Pedersen in a Senior Advisor capacity to assist with transition matters until December 31, 2026, at which point his employment will be terminated without cause. Upon termination, he is entitled to severance benefits under his existing employment agreement and the Company’s Executive Officer Severance Policy. Certara operates in the pharmaceutical industry, providing regulatory consulting and modeling services.
