Citizens Financial Group has appointed Aunoy Banerjee as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 24, 2025, following the departure of current CFO John Woods on August 15, 2025. Mr. Banerjee’s compensation includes a $700,000 annual base salary, $3,700,000 in guaranteed 2025 incentive compensation, and a $5,000,000 buy-out award. Chris Emerson will serve as interim CFO during the transition period.
