Chagee Holdings Limited reported unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. Net revenues increased 2.5% to RMB3,414.6 million (US$503.3 million), while operating income surged 387.6% to RMB524.7 million due to significant reductions in share-based compensation and administrative costs. GAAP net income reached RMB464.8 million compared to RMB77.2 million in the prior year period. The company operates a network of 7,639 teahouses globally, with total GMV of RMB7,660.3 million; overseas GMV grew 114.3% year-over-year to RMB504.0 million despite a decline in Greater China same-store sales. Additionally, board member Mr. Yong Zhang resigned for personal reasons effective immediately.
