Core AI appoints Haggai Ravid to Board; Marc Seelenfreund resigns

The resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company on operations or policies. On October 28, 2026, the board appointed Haggai Ravid as an independent director to fill the vacancy. Ravid brings over 20 years of experience in financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets, including recent roles as CEO of Sadot Group Inc. and CFO of Seamless Group Inc.
