Charter Communications, Inc. entered into a new employment agreement with Jamal Haughton, Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, effective May 15, 2026. The agreement provides for an annual base salary of at least $825,000, a target annual cash bonus of 160% of his base salary, and annual equity awards of at least $4,000,000 starting in 2027. Additionally, Mr. Haughton received an immediate top-up equity award with a grant date fair value of $656,250.
