Stingray Compute LLC, a subsidiary of Cipher Digital Inc., completed a private offering of $810.0 million in 6.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2031. The proceeds will be used to finance the Stingray Facility high performance computing data center in Texas, reimburse $61.5 million in prior equity contributions, and fund debt service reserves. The notes bear 6.000% interest payable semiannually on June 15 and December 15. Cipher Digital Inc. operates in the high performance computing and data center industry.
