Colgate-Palmolive Company announced that Chief Legal Officer and Secretary Jennifer M. Daniels will retire in 2026, with Betsy Fishbone appointed to succeed her effective June 1, 2026. To facilitate an orderly transition, Ms. Daniels will transition to the role of Vice Chair of the Company on the same date.
