Clover Health Investments, Corp. appointed former U.S. Senator Robert G. Torricelli as a Class I director and Dr. Brian J. Miller as a Class III director to fill previously disclosed vacancies on its Board of Directors. The appointments bring the total board size to nine directors. Senator Torricelli will serve on the Audit Committee, while Dr. Miller will join the Clinical Committee. Each new director receives a pro rata portion of the annual retainer and an RSU award valued at $200,000, prorated for service through December 31, 2026.
