ClearPoint Neuro reported third-quarter revenue of $12.1 million, a 36% increase from the prior year period, driven by a 59% surge in neurosurgery navigation and therapy sales to $5.4 million following the integration of its IRRA flow acquisition. The company also saw capital equipment and software revenue grow 68% to $1.7 million and biologics and drug delivery revenue rise 11% to $4.9 million. Operating expenses increased 23% to $13.4 million, resulting in a net loss of $7.5 million for the quarter.
