The Clorox Company appointed Fabian Garcia as Chief Executive Officer and a Board member, effective January 5, 2027. Garcia succeeds Linda Rendle, who will step down as CEO and Chair but serve as a senior advisor through April 2, 2027. Matthew Shattock assumes the role of Independent Chair. Garcia’s compensation includes a $100,000 base salary, a target bonus of $2 million, and a pro-rated long-term incentive package valued at $4.55 million, plus an $11 million sign-on award for forfeited equity from his previous employer. Clorox manufactures household and professional cleaning products.
